July 2018 – Notice to Families of Change in Payments Provider and debit dates

If you completed a Direct Debit Authority with our current provider Ezidebit Pty Ltd ACN 096 902 813 (User ID 165969, 303909, 301203, 234040 234072, 428198), this has been reassigned to the new company, Debitsuccess Pty Ltd ABN 095 551 581 (User ID 184534), a leading provider of payment services in Australia. The only change you will notice is that you will see “Debitsuccess” as the company processing your payment on your bank statement or credit card statement in the future.

Most Important: Due to these changes and to the implementation of the new Child Care Subsidy that came into effect 2nd July 2018, for those on fortnightly direct debits we will be changing our payment terms to fall in line with the Government’s mandated CCS Fortnight. This will assist parents in determining their level of subsidy and will no longer be on an estimated basis. Therefore as from on Tuesday 3rd July 2018 our fortnightly direct debit charging will be payment in arrears for the previous fortnight, rather than on a “previous week plus current week” schedule. This will not necessarily fall on every even week of school term but will follow the Government’s mandated CCS fortnight.
