We are very excited to inform you that our service has subscribed to a fantastic online booking and waitlist management program called QK Enrol. This program will most importantly give you access to make bookings and complete an online enrolment form for your child, all within a parent portal called My Family Lounge.
All enrolments and bookings for OOSH Northern Beaches will only be accepted through your “My Family Lounge” account.
Before registering for a My Family Lounge account please read our Troubleshooting Guide.
***** IMPORTANT ***** Please use a computer or laptop for the enrolment and routine bookings and not a mobile phone. Your child’s Immunisation Statement, any relevant Court Orders or medical action plans also need to be uploaded if applicable. Please have these completed and ready to upload before completing the enrolment process. This will avoid saving the enrolment to come back and complete at a later time as you may risk losing any information that you may have already entered.
Step 1
For NEW families to My Family Lounge (MFL), click on the REGISTER button below. You will then be taken through a registration process to create your My Family Lounge (MFL) account. This is a 2-part enrolment process.
Step 2
First part of enrolment you will need to log into your My Family Lounge (MFL) account and tell us about you, your child and what bookings you are after so we can help you out.
Step 3
If you have requested permanent bookings, we will come back to you within 5 business days and advise if we have a spot available for your child. If we have a spot, we will email you an offer and ask you to accept the offer and complete and submit the second part of your Enrolment form in the MFL portal if you’ve not already done so.
